Reels are available in different sizes, qualities and colours. Application is from low cost bulk packaging to special mini reels as a part of a system.

Some examples of possible reels:

• 390mm flange diameter reels in different widths in colour brown („standard” reel),
• 390mm flange diameter reels in different widths with customized flange layout (f.e. white with ECS),
• 390mm flange diameter reels for flattened tubing with stronger flanges in colour brown,
• 200mm flange diameter white mini reel for flattened tubing,
• 152mm flange diameter mini reel (also used for standard dispenser box),
• 45mm mini reels without flange.

PVC tape is available in different thicknesses, lengths and colours. Each tape is secured by heat shrinkable foil with identification label. The thus prepared are formed into sets and again secured by heat shrinkable foil. Final product is packed into collective carton.

Some examples of standard packaging:

• Tape thickness 0,13mm length 25 meters and width 50mm. Packed 4 pieces per tower,
• Tape thickness 0,13mm length 25 meters and width 25mm. Packed 8 pieces per tower,
• Tape thickness 0,13mm length 10 meters and width 15mm. Packed 10 pieces per tower.

A nice way to present heat shrink tubing is in 1 meter lengths (or 4 Feet, 1,20 or 1,22 meter). The lengths can be supplied in boxes that fit exactly in the different types of displays we designed for this presentation, but also in bulk bags if another refill method is used. Our production method guarantees straight lengths (no banana shape) and a semi-open profile which makes it easy to apply. Meter lengths can be marked with your article codes to recognize them easily at the pay desk or for re-ordering purpose.
