We are extremely flexible on ID supplied, ID recovered, wall thickness, longitudinal change or shrink ratio as a result of our manufacturing process. Customized sized products are a substantial part of our business.

In most industries, automotive being a good example, the variety of applications is huge and optimizing quality and costs is constantly requested. Why use a 9/3 size with a wall thickness of 0,7mm if a 7/2,5 with a similar wall is sufficient or even better. An adjusted extrusion tool and/or expansion tool is in most cases sufficient to save money, time or improve the quality of the application. “Specialties” can be more expensive, but in most cases save money.

In some cases compound modifications or even complete new products are a result of these requested specialties. Having customer satisfaction as one of our targets we are highly motivated to work together with you to find solutions. What we call “customer based project development” is a win-win situation.
